In 1969, Shri Hasmukhrai R. Shah set out with a singular vision: to bring reliable, high-quality steel to the builders and contractors of Mumbai. What began as a modest trading venture grew into one of the most respected names in steel distribution across Western India.
Across three generations of the Shah family, the values of integrity, quality and commitment have never wavered. From a single trading venture in the heart of Mumbai, Hitesh Steel has grown into a multi-state distribution powerhouse, trusted by builders, contractors, architects and developers who demand nothing but the best. Three generations, one unbroken standard of quality.

Over five decades of milestones
Hasmukhrai R. Shah began a brokerage in CTD bars, structural steel and ingots from a 125 sq ft office at Carnac Bunder, Mumbai. By 1978, the business reached South Maharashtra, Karnataka and Goa.
Sanjay Shah, then Hitesh Shah, joined the family business, launching the dedicated TMT trading firm Hitesh Enterprises.
Hitesh Steel Syndicate was born, followed by Hitesh Ispat, broadening the group’s steel operations.
The team moved to a larger 1,100 sq ft office in Mulund, with a stronger team to match.
All firms merged to form Hitesh Steel Syndicate India Private Limited.
Expanded into financial services, extending the group’s expertise beyond steel.
Annual turnover grew from ₹100 crore to ₹300 crore in five years.
Jenil Shah joined as Associate Director and founded Arckey Finserve.
Awarded exclusive distributorship of Rajuri Steel (Jay Bharat Metcast Pvt. Ltd., Vapi) for the Mumbai district.

What is epoxy coating?
Epoxy coating is a fusion-bonded protective layer applied to TMT bars through an advanced electrostatic process. Finely powdered epoxy resin is sprayed onto preheated steel, where it melts and fuses into a uniform, chemically bonded shield against moisture, chlorides and aggressive chemicals.
In today’s demanding infrastructure, epoxy coating is no longer an added feature. It is essential protection that helps structures last longer, need less maintenance, and perform reliably for generations.

Surface Preparation
Shot-blasting removes rust and impurities, roughening the bar for a perfect bond.
Heating of Bars
Bars are heated to the optimal temperature for defect-free epoxy bonding.
FBE Coating
Fusion-Bonded Epoxy powder melts and flows into a seamless, corrosion-resistant layer.
Cooling & Curing
Controlled cooling lets the epoxy fully cross-link for maximum hardness and adhesion.
Testing & Dispatch
Coating thickness, adhesion and chemical tests on every batch before delivery.
